今日學生團契在Boomer Lake聚會, 感謝神賜好天氣, 讓我們順利聚會, 有一段很美好的時光與弟兄姐妹朋友們交通。為準備飯食及場地預備的弟兄姐妹向神獻上感謝, 晚餐吃的是"中式"義大利麵。詩歌時間大家一起唱了讚美之泉, 雲上太陽, 不要放棄, 及恩典之路。而後由劉文軍弟兄及安廣雷弟兄為我們做見證分享:
劉文軍弟兄提到他自己剛到Stillwater 對環境的陌生, 教會弟兄姐妹的愛心使他感動, 進而思考想著一定有一個力量使他們在一起, 幫助他人; 而後在團契中查經對神有更深一步的了解。在一次的車禍事故後, 他體會到自己應該將手中的方向盤交給神, 讓他來掌控自己的人生。
安廣雷弟兄的見證中, 舉了很多中國歷史的故事及人物的例子, 也說到現今社會戰爭來源於人與人之間的憤怒仇恨, 而提到主耶穌教導我們以慈愛待人, 學習寬恕, 原諒他人。
感謝讚美主, 神用不同的方式讓我們遇見他, 認識他。"這一生最美的祝福" 為今天的回應詩歌。
"走在高山深谷，祂會伴我同行，我知道 這是最美的祝福。"
The student fellowship gathered at Boomer Lake today. Thanks God for the good weather so that we could have a good time with brothers, sisters, and many friends. Thanks God for those who prepared for the gathering today. We had "Chinese Style" Spaghetti for dinner. We had Brother WenJun Liu and Brother Guanglei An shared their personnel testimonies with us after the hymn time:
Bro. Wenjun said that he was not familiar with the new environment of Stillwater when he first got here; he felt the love and kindness from brothers and sisters at the church, he believed that there must be a power behind to gather them together. Then he learned more about Jesus Christ from Bible study in the fellowship. Few months ago, he had an car accident, he realized that he should give the handle of his life to God, let Him drive him through and control it.
In the testimony of Bro. Guanglei An, he gave many examples of the Chinese histories and characters, and talked about wars happened because of the hate between people to people, country to country. However, God loves us when we were still in sins and taught us to love others.
Praise our Lord! God lets us meet Him and know Him in different ways. The response song was " The most wonderful blessing in the life".
